**About ECO TRIBE FOUNDATION**: We are a non-profit organization established under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, dedicated to helping rural communities live sustainably. We support farmers with eco-friendly farming methods, healthcare initiatives, waste-to-wealth projects, research and development initiatives. The foundation also works to preserve local culture and traditions while promoting equality. Our vision is to build strong, self-reliant communities that live in harmony with nature.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ECO TRIBE FOUNDATION concerning your access to and use of the Services. – No portion of income or property shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly to members except as permitted under the Companies Act, 2013
– We maintain compliance with all reporting and filing requirements under the Companies Act, 2013

We acknowledge the provisions under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, which lists qualifying CSR activities including eradicating hunger, promoting education, environmental sustainability, and rural development projects – areas that align with our organizational mission. As a newly incorporated Section 8 company (2025), we are committed to meeting all CSR obligations under Section 135 as applicable.
